What really went wrong with the world!

So everyone thinks there is something or the other screwed up with this world. Or rather, this world is screwed up in some or the other way. And we all probably have our own theories of what really went wrong with the world! Each individual has a different theory. Some even have multiple theories, sometimes quite contradictory to each other! Breaking away from my New Year resolution of not thinking anything this year, I finally decided to give some deep thought into forming my own theory of What Really Went Wrong with the World, which I shall now present before you.

However, before I put forward my theory it just remains unsaid that having originated from weird experiences most of it might not make sense to most people, which is quite acceptable considering I am not trying to convince anyone! Well, if you look at it, a lot of it doesn’t even make sense to me. But then, a lot of things don’t make sense to us and still they are there staring at us in the face like our own reflections gone astray!

So here is My Theory of What Really Went Wrong with the World: God, in all his wisdom created men. When I say he created, I mean that he created the physical structure called the man. Here, (like good mathematics students) we are assuming that God did not want to give brains to men. So, well he didn’t. Not as long as our assumption is valid. Then he got bored of creating the same prototypes and if I may say so, stereotypes. Being the creative creature that God is, he/she decided to take a detour and create women. While creating them he/she was basically looking for something interesting to do. So, he gave them brains. Dysfunctional in some cases, but brains nevertheless.

Now giving them brains just did not seem right. Why? Consider this, after the creation of women there were these innumerable people with brains and then there were men with no brains. Being the creatively funny creature that God is, he/she decided that a “white” movie was just not fun. There had to be a “black”. Now this is where things started going wrong. After perhaps a lot of deliberation and thought (assuming that God had no such New Year resolutions as mine!), God finally gave brains to men. Now, this is What Really Went Wrong with the World! God gave brains to men. Yes, that was it! What Really Went Wrong with the World!

Further explanations to the theory in the next post! :D

The MIC Syndrome!

Today, with deep admiration for myself and a few others who helped me in my discovery, I present before my readers a not-so-new genre of males: The MIC males, short for The Messed up, In Denial, Crying males! At the risk of sounding sexist and fearing unwelcomed remarks, the usual disclaimer is as follows: The category of humans being described here is just from personal experience or/and experiences of others that I happen to witness quite closely and observed acutely. Before really describing this genre, it makes sense to tell you their importance in the world. Well, to say the least, they help in bringing variety to our otherwise boring lives! If you are finally tired of staring at the ceiling of your house, it’s time for you to go out there looking for these men! Where will you find them? Now that’s a tricky one! Generally, their physical characteristics can be quite deceptive and they do not hang out in clusters like the geese. You really have to be lucky enough to be able ...

Spirals and Circles

So here is a mathematical answer to a question that I have quite often asked myself and seldom troubled my friends with: “Does life move in Spirals or Circles?” The course that life takes is often described as a maze by some and a road with lots of twists and turns by others. A complicated web of events, people, emotions and thoughts, caught between these is you, the spider. A lot of our religious books refer to the course of life as “the cycle of life”, which essentially means “the circle of life”. It is perhaps the phrase used most often during those innumerable philosophical discussions that boring people like us have over drinks with friends. Yes, I have been ranting for quite a while, without really bringing in what I promised: the mathematics! In laymen terms, a circle is a two dimensional figure which is a collection of all points that are at equal distances from a given point. Essentially, a circle starts and ends at the same point. A spiral, is a three dimensional figur...

Phases of... What We call "Life"

A very recent visit to the various shopping Markets in Delhi triggered quite an unusual line of thoughts, which I shall present before you now! If the caption wasn’t explained well by the previous sentence, let me tell you. “We” here, refers to the breed of people called women/girls (and all the others who belong to the genre called Female) Rest of the caption, am sure makes sense now! No, I will not try to answer why women love to shop? Or What women love to shop? I shall “enlighten” you with the phases that occur when women do the “thing” they love- Shop! Phase 1 : The “Nah! Not-so-Good” Phase This is the very first phase, which begins right from the first shop they barge into and although carries on till the last shop, it is most active till they cover one-fourth of the market. General Characteristics - One after another clothes/accessories/foot wears are picked up from the shelves and are piled on to the display table, the same sentence is ranted out while looking at each of them ...
